There are three kinds of church meetings: sharing, teaching and worship (Acts 2:42). Church organization is to serve through the offices (1 Cor. 12:28).
2.  Ministries.  The messages from the church are to comfort and encourage people to follow Jesus.  Unbelievers have the same opportunity as believers in this mission, but believers have the Holy Spirit and salvation, and only believers can be a church leader or spiritual teacher.  Ministries should be guided by the Bible and church Constitution, the community needs and ministry project, and the personal vision and passion.
3.  Individuals.  Every believers should edify others according to the personal spiritual gifts (1 Cor. 12:7).  The process of spiritual growth is:  contact (with joy and desire), concern (from physical to spiritual and eternal), commit (to the very way), and conform (all the life with Jesus).
